The 19yearold woman previously known as celeste guap is now back in the bay area. A florida judge agreed to a plea bargain which reduced her charges to a misdemeanor for biting a gashed at a florida rehab center. At a News Conference before she got on the plane her lawyer says she is planning to go to rehab, study to be a veterinarian and is using her legal name now of jasmine abuslin. The person who was being sex trafficked thats been blasted all over the news with kardashianlike celebrity status was a victim of child sex trafficking. Jasmine is a young woman who is going to find herself. Investigators have found that 30 Law Enforcement officers across 7 jurisdictions have had contact with abuslin and among those 7 officers have been charged with crimes. Abuslins lawyers also blasted the Richmond Police department for sending her all the way to florida for rehab since she is a witness in several criminal cases here in the bay area. We did hear from the mayor of richmond last night about that. He is maintaining that it was a good decision to send her out of town to get her away from old friends and habits. That unit will oversee officer involved shootings. In antioch, a man accused of sexual assaulting an underaged girl is behind bars. And now police are asking other victims to come forward. 34yearold Bernard Kaine was arrested last tuesday accused of sexual assaulting a 13year old. The alleged attack happened when the girl was walk home from school along west 10th street by j street. Kaine is suspected of trying to lure a girl on a nearby street back in january. He faces multiple charges including child molestation. Police suspect he preyed on other victims and are urging others with information to call 911. Police have caught with a suspected bank robber named sunshine in antioch. 30yearold sunshine kinder was arrested yesterday at a ramada inn. It took multiple Police Agency to track her down. She is suspected of two banks in a safeway. Dozens of delta passengers arrived safely in the bay area this morning after their flight made an emergency landing. The plain took off from jfk in new york yesterday. It was headed for San Francisco but was diverted to columbus, ohio about 90 minutes into the flight. Delta says there was an issue with the left engine. Passengers and the crew switched planes in ohio and landed at sfo around 2 a. M. Oakland Elementary School will get free flu vaccines this fall to make sure as many children as possible are protected from the various viruses. It involves Oakland Unified School district and Charter Schools in the city. It begins next month. More than 1,000 people who have worked at chipotles in San Francisco are getting some extra money. The company reached a settlement for reportedly denying some employees sick leave for the past four years. Nearly 1200 workers were part of the settlement. Chipotle has to pay them 95,000 in total.
