with more reporter two of those people were actually burned in the fire one of them with critical burn injuries and is in the hospital this morning. You can see behind me the three buildings that were affected by this fire. You cant see a lot of damage right now from the outside. But all of the damage is mainly to the top floors of these buildings and firefighters are in there to make sure all of the hot spots are put out here. The fire started at about 1 45 this morning in one house toward the back of the top floor and then quickly spread to the top of the apartment buildings on both sides. This is some video from twitter this morning. [ signal breakup ] people had to escape between the three buildings. Firefighters say it was very challenging to put this fire out because there was some hoarding going on in the house where the fire started. Hallways and staircases are impacted because thats where materials and clothes are packed in place so you got heavy smoke conditions visibility is next to zero and you cant get around. Theres a lot of clutter in the way. Reporter so firefighters will be on scene throughout the day to make sure that nothing reignites here as they continue to assess the damage. Now, the red cross is helping the people who are out of their homes this morning. Theres a chance that the people in the apartment buildings on either side will be able to go back home eventually. Your car registration will also go up between 25 and 175 per car per year depending on the value of your car and electric car registration will also go up 100 a year. Now, this bill is called sb1 and its set to raise 5 billion a year to maintain and repair the roads and highways. It is the first gas tax in 23 years. And your car registration will also go up between 25 and 175 per car per year depending on the value of the car. And electric car registration will go up by 100 a year. Sb1 is set to raise 5 billion a year to repair highways and streets. There hasnt been a gas tax increase in 23 years. So many people that represent the most number of poor people said we are voting for this because the jobs, health and prosperity and other people said crocodile tears for poor people but they voted no for prosperity.
