Reporter a bart passenger recorded the aftermath showing one of the two officers working on the injured suspect. It started around 8 p. M. Last night. The officers asked the man to put out his cigarette because smoking on a bart platform is against the law. Police say the man wouldnt comply and instead put up a fight. The fight became very physical. He started reaching inside his waistband. One of my officers yelled to his partner he is going for his waistband, tase him.
