Critically and tonight a new report out shows the company had an unfavorable Safety Record and had hired unqualified drivers. Cbs5s andria borba is at the bus companys offices there in San Francisco the andria . Reporter after the chp inspected the entire city sight seeing flight 20 of the city sight seeing buses were pulled off the road for service problems. This is all routinely violated and we have to depend upon the honesty of these tour operators. Reporter now also the report found some of the drivers running these tour buses did not have a license to drive one.
