There are probably thousands of people along miles of coast here. We can tell you the parking lot is packed. People right now are circling to find a space. Some of them are making their own Parking Spaces because this is the day to be at the beach. So the beach towels, umbrellas, the tents, are up and out here enjoying the hottest day of the year turning a normally cooler ocean beach into a party spot. A few locals said they took the day off work. One who didnt want to go on camera said he called out sick. The tourists say this is not what they were expecting. You were just down in san diego. This is a letter im holding from the dean of the law school. He since stepped down. It was a letter to one of his victims. She said his apology isnt good enough. It was like it was on me to resolve the situation and there was no real interest on the universitys part to protect me as an employee or even remove the dean from the environment. Reporter she was assistant to the Law School Dean when she says she was sexually harassed. She is on leave now. Choudhury stepped down as dean but it still on faculty as uc berkeley. She and her lawyer have now filed a lawsuit against the former Law School Dean and the university. As the dean of one of the most prestigious law schools in the world, there is no doubt he should have been fired. He knew better. Reporter attorney john weiner is speaking out in response to a Public Document release by the Campus Office for the prevention of harassment. Releasing 17 Sexual Harassment cases, they date back to 2008. It was six tenured faculty members accused of Sexual Harassment and none of them was fired. Reporter the 400page Public Document revealed 7 employees were either fired or resigned. Others are still working at the university while their cases are being investigated. Months after she went on leave, tyann says the former dean sent her an apology letter saying, quote, i write to express my deepest remorse and regret for having hurt you. He said, i take full responsibility for the indignity you have suffered. Tyann and her lawyer says the letter and the universitys actions are too little too late. And so what does the university do . They are reviewing their policies and stepping up their Sexual Harassment policies. They have even formed a committee to review it as well to see if they need to have even stricter policy changes. San Francisco Police tell us today ey have arrested 35 yearold jacques mann. Judd janke and nicholas tiller were booked in connection with the theft at the makeawish office. The 56yearold it was in front of his apartment on eddy street in the tenderloin when another man stabbed him in the stomach. It happened before 3 a. M. This morning. Police havent made any arrests. And a san ramon mom is under arrest accused of pushing her baby around in a stroller while she was drunk. People told police 31yearold sarah gazano was pushing her infant son down steps bumping into buildings and bushes monday night in danville. Officers arrested her on suspicion of child endangerment and being drunk in public. The baby is now with another family member. A rough ride for apple workers this morning. Their commuter bus caught fire on 280 in menlo park. Two lanes of traffic were closed for about an hour while firefighters put out the flames. No one was hurt. The emoyees were put on another bus.
