The resolution requires all gender restrooms be included when constructing New Buildings and that single stall restrooms at current schools and buildings be labeled as all gender. The new policy expected to cost the districts with 170,000. It was back in may the Lincoln High School in san jose changed some of its bathroom signs to all gender. It came at the request of transgender or students without gender on campus who felt they didnt fit in.
