Wheres my son . Like why is he in a ambulance. Why did he have to get tased . Reporter that still haunts her more than 24 hours after her son was tasered and arrested by Oakland Police. My son ran and they tased him in the head. Reporter the prong in the taser lodged in the back of her sons head and had to be surgically removed at Highland Hospital this afternoon. I think that is so appalling. Like why would you aim for a child and they knew they were kids . In the back of the head . Reporter davis says her son is facing charges of evading arrest and assault on a Police Officer but believes the department overreacted treating a bunch of kids like hardened criminals. I think they went about it the wrong way. He didnt have a weapon. He wasnt a threat. All he did was run. Reporter in oakland, devin fehely, kpix 5. We have been asking Oakland Police all day about this story. They promised to send us a statement but we have yet to hear anything. Well keep following up with them San Jose Police just released Surveillance Video that they hope will lead them to suspected armed robbers. They are looking for this guy, you can see the man walk into the 7eleven back in august on east santa clara street and immediately pull out a gun demanding money from the clerk. He wasnt alone. His lookout was waiting just outside with the bikes they used to get away on east santa clara street. Former 49ers player bruce miller pleaded not guilty today to charges connected to an attack at a San Francisco hotel. The 29yearold appeared before a judge accompanied by his family today. Miller is charged with seven felonies including elder abuse and one misdemeanor. Prosecutors say that he beat a 70yearold man and his 29year old son with a cane. After mistakenly trying to get into their room at the north beach marriott on september 5. Surveillance video there shows miller in the hallways. Its meant to help riders feel more safe. The Transit Agency is planning to construct a 14 million pedestrian and bicycle tunnel at the santa clara station. People will be able to access the tunnel from brokaw road. The idea is to allow passengers to reach the stations platform without having to cross the tracks. The first, just after 1 a. M. In greenes hometown of urbandale. The second 20 minutes later and two miles away in des moines. Police say they were ambushed. Definitely was no opportunity for the officers to defend themselves or respond to the attack. Both officers were seated in their cars and were shot while they were sitting. Alzheimers and parkinsons which he was diagnosed with cause similar symptoms including hallucination, muscle stiffness, confusion, loss of memory. Williams says she first knew that there was a problem when robin experienced gut discomfort during a celebration of their second wedding anniversary in 2013. Tests for diverticulitis were negative but she says williams response was alarming. Rob and i had been together for six years to that point and i knew my husbands normal baseline of fear and anxiety and his fear and anxiety spiked and sustained at a level that was very scary. Reporter she says the next 10 months were spent chasing symptom after symptom. Just a few months before he died, williams was diagnosed with parkinsons. But still questioned doctors about whether he had alzheimers, dementia, even schizophrenia. Now his widow has a message for caregivers. Its hard to hold on to this. But to remember that their loved ones symptoms are coming from the brain disease. Its not coming from their heart. Susan williams has written an editorial for the journal neurology entitled the terrorist inside my husbands brain. In one quote she says it felt like he was drowning in his symptoms and i was drowning with him. Overwhelming to say the least, ken and liz. Thank you. Pleasanton ton based safeway is buying all five andronicos markets. The company that acquired andronicos out of bankruptcy in 2011 approached safeway earlier this year to buy the stores in berkeley, los altos, san anselmo and San Francisco.
