In the process of conversing this space to residential, i can tell from you experience it is extremely difficult and costly. The first challenge is a lot of warehouses are on lots not soaped for residential. Getting that zoning change is almost impossible. This property is also zoned for residential. But one of the major requirements for many conversions includes changing the foundations. This property here is about 1,000 square feet. Its going to cost 100,000 to lift it up and put in a if you foundation. The more expensive it is, the less the less practical its going to be and the less likely its going to be.
