He plans to restructure a tax that affects Health Insurance plans in order to avoid a 1 billion budget gap. State and local governments could get up to 1 billion in new tax revenue if California Legalizes Recreational Marijuana use. But state finance director Michael Cohen and others say most of that money will go towards regulation, research, Substance Abuse treatment and some other related purposes. About a mile away from highway 35 which is skyline boulevard so crews have been working hard. It caused a problem blocking eastbound lanes of 84. Oneway Traffic Control is still in effect but im hearing it is clearing. So again east 84 west of skyline, avoid that until they get that completely cleared out of the roads.
