Southbound 880, nimitz freeway, youre going to see some slow conditions out of hayward. Stays sluggish into fremont with speeds right around 36 miles per hour. Traffic is moving. Its getting busy on the san mateo bridge. Once you get past the toll plaza across the spano troubles on 101. Drive times about 22 minutes between hayward and foster city this morning.
