That is sierra snowfall. If you are traveling, it may not be the best news, bring the chains if you have them. But were talking about additional snowfall totals of 3 to 6 in the sierra. Well, a thief thought he would pedal an excavator but some digging led to his arrest. That 40,000 piece of equipment was actually stolen. It was a construction site that happened a couple of months ago. When the thief tried to peddle it, to sell it, the potential buyer sensed something wasnt right and called police and they determined it was stolen. Also two men under arrest for beating up a man in down palo alto over the weekend. Police say the victim was knocked out during a fight outside a bar. He is in a coma with severe head injuries. The suspect faced felony charges and more could be possible if the victim were to die. Lgbt protestors are the latest to rail against police and deadly use of force.
