And a man arrested for reckless driving on his motorcycle now facing far more serious charges. In april, chp air patrol caught 23yearold Corey Mcdonah here doing wheelies at 120 miles an hour on interstate 580 and oakland. Well now mcdonah is in the hospital after totalling his corvette. A passenger in his car died. Police believe he was driving drunk. One of the individuals was laying on the roadway in front of the corvette. They were not wearing their seat belt. The crash once again happened on interstate 580 in oakland friday morning. The coroner tells kpix 525year old Nicholas Obenchain was the passenger ejected from that car vote. He died corvette. He died last night. Most of the People Killed in the fiery bus crash in april died of smoke inhalation. The accident happened when a bus and a fedex tractortrailer collided on interstate 5 north of sacramento. Ten people were killed and the glen county sheriff now says seven of them died from asphyxiation. The bus full of High School Students that were all headed for a tour Humboldt State university. A woman will face the judge today for the robbery of an 8 yearold girl in San Francisco. 46yearold Ladonna Christian was arrested last week. Investigators say she twisted the girls arm can then snatched a plastic bag full of cash the girl had made selling candy. Christian is charged with felony robbery and child endangerment. She was arrested with the help of Surveillance Video which showed her inside the store. New at noon, today prosecutors filed formal charge against a woman accused of leading her kids in a car while she went gambling. Maria barbosa faces two counts of felony child endangerment and on june 30th, prosecutors say she left her 10yearold daughter and 1yearold son in a car late at night in a garage next to the grateon casino in the park. Two gang members convicted of murder for a shooting in east oakland that killed a toddler will be sentenced today. Carlos nava was just 3 years old when he is caught in the crossfire of a gun battle on international boulevard. It happened almost three years ago. European Union Members voted to impose new sanctions against russian officials and say further sanctions could be coming if russia doesnt stop supporting the rebels in ukraine.
