But after several complaints from neighbors and two Oakland City Council members, the ad company decided to put an ad for a concert that happened 10 days ago. Why did the company take it down . Reporter a lone gunman with a rifle fatally shot a student inside the locker room and injured a teacher before apparently killing himself in a school bathroom. We have identified the victim in todays shooting as 14yearold emilio hoffman, a freshman at Reynolds High School. Reporter authorities have tentatively identified the gunman but are not releasing his name, age or the kind of rifle he used. Tuesdays shooting was 74th at a school in the 77 weeks since the massacre in newtown, connecticut. President obama expressed frustration over this uniquely american problem. High pressur weakening now approaching the coastline to ramp up the marine layer and that means more fog and low clouds the next few days and some cooler weather. Supreme court to remain on federal land in marin county. Its lease expired in 2012 but the company has been fighting the federal government in court and is now appealing to the high court for a hearing.
