He is accused of kidnapping a Dominos PizzaDelivery Driver at gunpoint robbing and then raping her in antioch earlier this month. A Deputy District Attorney says the boy was wearing an ankle monitor at the time of the crime. He wont talk about miles criminal past nor what the ankle monitor data shows. But he says it is a key piece of evidence. I dont know from minute to minute but it will pinpoint his whereabouts during a particular time frame, thats correct. Innocent until Proven Guilty .
