Today a judge will hear arguments about the use of a popular soccer field right next to levis stadium. Kpix 5s andria borba explains why the kids are so upset. is suing the city about handing their fields over to the nfl for free and the conditions that they will be returned in. League president says the city made the decision behind closed doors. Had we had a public hearing where we could have, you know, had a number of our board of director members or, you know, players or parents or whatever to let the council know what our concerns were, we probably wouldnt be here. Reporter he and others say the original plan for their fields wasnt a media center for 6,000 visiting press but a staging area for the halftime show. We thought it was going to be a light use but now its going to be used for a far greater, um, situation. Reporter parents and players are concerned that the plywood and stakes for a media center will hatch the pitch, potentially destroying the high quality gas and irrigation. When the soccer park is returned its not going to be returned in march. The officer was checking in on the driver oh, at the gas station there when she tried to get him out of the truck. He threw it in reverse as you can see there. Investigators say then shifted into drive and that is when the officer was right there thrown to the ground. She was not seriously hurt the suspect still at large this morning. And heres another close call. This one in napa. Police posted this video of a van running a red light, nearly hitting a motorcycle and then two other cars. This is where highway 12 meets highway 121. Dozens of women have recently said cosby took advantage of them sexually but in most cases the statute of limitations to file charges expired. So this is the first time cosby has been charged with a crime. Now, one of the alleged victims from san anselmo says cosby assaulted her in 1973 at a tennis tournament in pebble beach. The statute of limitations in california is 10 years so the deadline to file charges is long past. He came up behind me and rubbed his body up against the back of me and then reached his right hand over my right shoulder and grabbed my right breast. State senator connie leyva plans to introduce a bill that would eliminate statute of limitations for rape. Reporter the couple seems to know exactly what theyre looking for, pocketing highend gucci and prada eyeglasses, even as employees stand just feet away. It took the thieves just a few minutes to steal 8 pairs of eyeglasses worth about 3,000. The doctor who owns the business says it wasnt until he watched the video himself that he realized there was something strangely familiar about the man in the video. When my

One of the worlds biggest cargo ships headed to the port of oakland this morning. Named benjamin franklin. Longer than the pier 14, its tall, 20 stories high sitting on the water. Big. Megaship can carry 18,000 containers. Its hard to get a grasp of it even just looking at the video. But the number of containers that it can carry more than 4,000 more than than the largest ship in the country can carry. Port leaders say ships like this are great for business. Every eight containers translates into about one job. So these megaships represent thousands of jobs. The port has planned for these next generation megaships for years.
