Wednesday nights incident was caught on Surveillance Video which led police to arrest Arthur Lee Jones of fairfield. On the video you see a homeless man minding his own business in the tenderloinsuspect bashes him in the head with a pipe and then walks away. The homeless man named robert needed 50 stitches in his skull. Regard regardless of whether or not someones homeless, you know, everyone has a right to feel safe and especially in San Francisco. Jones was reachted in the tenderloin after an officer recognized him from the video. Police have charged the 36year old with attempted murder.
