One person was inside the van at the time. He was injured. Another vehicle inside the shop was damaged. The two suspects accused of murdering a photographer at San Franciscos twin peaks will face a judge for the First Time Since their arrests. Investigators say lamonte mims of patterson and fantasy decuir of San Francisco shot and killed a 71yearold man last month in a robbery. Mims is a convicted suspect, 19 years old. Both will be in court today. Two east bay cities have been dealing with bad tasting water. Theres a taste in brentwoods drinking water, dirty or earthy and it smells like mold. But the city of brentwood claims the water is safe. The city blames an algae bloom in the delta where the city gets its water. The water is safe to use in the drink and meets all standards. Reporter officials describe the sinkhole now filled with water as the largest in the county in 30 years. It swallowed two homes in this tampa suburb when it suddenly appeared july 14. After it widened again over the weekend, five more houses were condemned and even more families were displaced. The news that were not going to be able to go back in ever to the house is sad. But it offers closure, its not safe to live in. Reporter the county found cracked walls or unstable foundations in the house it wants demolished. This is a catastrophic financial event for some people. These are the biggest developments people have. In las vegas, the latest temptation for tens of millions of visitors is the legal use of marijuana. But there is a catch.
