We learned today a chinese woman bluffed her way into maralago this past weekend as the president was playing golf at a nearby club. She got a lot further than anyone hoped, except, it appears, her. She was carrying chinese po thumb drive, with malware. Chip reid has more. Chip. Reporter well, good evening. A little bit after noon saturday, yujing zhang, according to court documents, approached the security gate at maralago and presented two chinese passports and said she was going to the pool. Now, due to language difficulties, Club Security officials mistakenly thought she was a relative of a club member who had the same last name and allowed her on to the property. Once through another checkpoint, she told the receptionist she was there not to go to the pool, but for a chineseamerican friendship event. There was no such event. The receptionist notified a secret Service Agent that zhang was not on the clubs access ast. Court documents say she became eerbally aggressive and was taken to a secret Service Office where agents found she had four cellular telephones, one laptop computer, one external hard drive, and one thumb drive which was determined to contain malicious malware which can be used to harm or gain access to computer systems. Now, she was charged with making false statements to a federal Law Enforcement officer and en aar her motive is still not clear, and by the way, jeff, she was not found to be carrying a bathing suit. Glor the story gets even more bizarre. Chip reid, thank you very much for the latest on that. Harris county sheriff ed gonzalez. A transfer line is what initially ignited, and then an adjacent tank caught fire and an adjacent storage container next to that, as well. Reporter when this worker heard the explosion, his crew took off across the parking lot. Scared, yeah, very scared. Everybody that was around me was running. Reporter the explosion followed a similar blast at a nearby chemical Storage Facility two weeks ago. Although no one was killed, 11 tanks caught fire and burned for days, raising concerns about air quality. Isobutylene is a flammable, colorless, odorless gas used in the production of gasoline.
