Visibility goes down but that area of the bay is okay. Hayward, you have visibility down to about zero so you are going to encounter fog. Extra time, really. Even on the east bay. But look who really is. That is where visibilities are down to zero. That is where the trouble spot is. That is where the dense fog advisory is. As we we just saw, the san mateo bridge, you will have some of these, as well. These clouds have not gotten into the inland east bay and we wake up and you will be seeing the sun. San francisco, you have got some los low 70s by the second half of this next week. For the inland valleys, you will actually cooldown from the upper 80s, today, to the mid80s.
