Officer vinson was working undercover outside scotts apartment, executing a warrant for someone elses arrest. He says he noticed scott smoking marijuana in a parked suv, risking a blown cover he ignored it. Officer vinson saw mr. Scott holding up a semiautomatic handgun as he sat in his vehicle. Drop the gun reporter investigators say scott disregarded at least ten commands by officers to drop the gun. Vinson spoke to investigators the next day.
