The two were alone at the time and when the boys 70 yearold mother came home, investigators say she called police. Hysterical saying her son was bleeding from the nose. Cooper was arrested without incident. Police say he has no prior record and fairfield. Investigators also said that when the dust settled cooper expressed grief over what he allegedly did. he was remorseful. He was concerned about the state of his child. He asked a number of times on this child was doing and have some questions about his wife and now his family was doing and we are still investigating as to why this happened. the child is now in custody of Child Welfare services while he recovers here at hospital, hes being held at the Solano County jail on multiple felony charges.
