Fairfield police said the boy is recovering from serious injuries. Hes in it serious condition at Childrens Hospital. A partially severed knows of some brain hemorrhaging enesco fracture. The incident happened here yesterday morning at this apartment complex in fairfield. Police said that though father lost his temper and attacked a boy because he was crying too much. The two were alone at the time and when the boys 70 yearold mother came home, investigators say she called police. Hysterical saying her son was bleeding from the nose. Cooper was arrested without incident. Police say he has no prior record and fairfield. Investigators also said that when the dust settled cooper expressed grief over what he allegedly did. he was remorseful. He was concerned about the state of his child. He asked a number of times on this child was doing and have some questions about his wife and now his family was doing and we are still investigating as to why this happened. the child is now in custody of Child Welfare services while he recovers here at hospital, hes being held at the Solano County jail on multiple felony charges. Why students clashed with police. Hist police and demonstrators had a violent clash on campus yesterday. A city college of San Francisco students were processed protesting at an administrative building at the ocean avenue campus three dozen storm the building just after noon. Two students were arrested in that confrontation. Theyre all protesting policies the school has implemented. The new rules require students to pay for fees in full or sign up for payments before registering for classes. And now, students and some faculty members are asking for a special trustee behind the change to resign.
