The civil rights lawsuit names the Sonoma County, the sheriff steve freitas, two jail supervisors and up to 50 unnamed deputies. Because many of these alleged beatings came at the hands of masked men. The deputies were dressed in black body armor wearing black ski masks, no name tags or badges and they went in like the gestapo and beat these people.
