Pgande says it is using meteoroligists to pinpoint which locations may be most vulnerable in advance. The manhunt started around 2 30 this morning when somebody in the area of lake mead drive and Great Salt Lake drive heard somebody trying to break into his neighbors house. When Police Arrived they found a man on a roof and that person was arrested. But a second person took off and police began searching for him. They told people in the neighborhood to shelter in place. Before the murdersuicide, Sonoma County sheriffs deputies were investigating a child custody violation, involving a dispute between a husband and wife about their two children. During the investigation, authorities tried to contact the father and check on the children. Sheriffs deputies eventually entered the home and found the three dead.
