She says he is traumatized after he and a fellow student were attacked by a bus monitor in april. Kron 4s Hermela Aregawi spoke to her tonight. She is in richmond with the details. Reporter Alicia Singleton says the bus monitor choked her son and pinned him down with his knees. She tell me she wants the bus monitor fired and or arrested. Reporter but after months of working to hold the man accountable she says she gets the sense that everyone involved incident under the rug. That changed back in april when cell phone footage was captured showing 11 year old fellow student being help help i am worried every day that not safe there. I feel that i cant trust the teachers. On that day of the incident, the mother of three says she received a voicemail from a School Administrator confirming that the bus monitor was responsible for the altercation. School voicemail it appears after talkign to javares and other students was creating the physical and we are confirming that the bus monitor will not be students. Reporter but singleton says parents told her the man on the video is still employed by the bus company, First Student. Reporter now shes demanding police take action. Alicia singleton i would like to see this man boys compensated for their injury and pain and suffering. I feel they deserve that much.
