A witness tells kron 4. Randolph was unarmed. Put your hands down a. Dont move. He did not comply said they shot him. I did not see him with a vote weapon but they all had their weapons pointed at him. They were ordering him to put their hands where they could see them. I saw him turn around and he would not stop so they shot him. Randolph was airlifted to a local hospital. His condition is unknown. Antioch police say, he has an extensive criminal history.
