Almost, no one except for Police Officers and Emergency Personnel along with the county personnel that are keeping an eye on everything. Focus on keeping people away from this area. For the entire area we have a Flash Flood Warning and watch for the entire area up to age 30 tonight. There are three different Flash Flood Warnings. Brittney which will stay in effect until midnight tonight that is one that is affecting the alameda creek. If you live anywhere near this location. Please be careful. Brittney this is just outside of the Scotts Valley at the San Lorenzo River. The current is almost as 16 ft. So it is expected to rise and that is something that we will keep a close eye on. Again, the police is expressing that people who leave the downtown area and this location. However, there is Police Activity at the bart station in San Francisco. As for the bart train that ran over the tree branch that was near the bellboy park station. It was packed with people. And people are literally climbing off the side of the escalator to the street level. Grant because of the issue with the branch on the track and the Embarcadero Bart station with the Police Activity. So one of them are storm related issues the other does not appear to be but is happening there the evening commute. Trees are coming down all throughout the bay area.
