Freeway near san pablo road remains closed. The shooting happened near the off ramp on eastbound 80, just before the san pablo avenue off ramp. Two people were shot. A male and a femalechopper landed on the freeway to transport the male victim who was shot multiple times to the hospital by air. The female victim is expected to survive. This portion of the freeway has been shut down for nearly 5 hours, and as you can imagine, rush hour traffic has been nothing but gridlock. People have been sitting in traffic for hours. Drivers are advised to take westbound 580 through richmond, eastbound 24, richmond parkway, or even consider Public Transportation such as bart. Investigators are still working at this hour. Law enforcement was able to break the case soon after the shooting. Witnesses helped officers with a description of the suspect vehiclewhich led to an all out search. And now 3 people are in custody. Right now im in fairfield standing next to suisun creek which is normally just a trickly of water, especially after the last four years of drought. The addisonpenzak Jewish Center in los gatos was evacuated after the threat and the Santa Clara County sheriffs bomb squad searched the building. Just before 4pm they determined there was no bomb. That man is behind bars. catherine 35yearold rajeev sanhi suneye was arrested wednesday at his cupertino home. Some of the evidence collected is pictured here. It includes collages of some of sanhis alleged underaged victims. Also a personalized license plate for one the girls. A sergeant with the Santa Clara Sheriffs Office says sanhi has been linked to cases of harassing underaged girls as far south as los angeles. The case that brought this to our attention was a 14yearold girl who he would, as she was walking home on approximately 15 different times, um, you know, would try to solicit talking to her, giving her gifts, giving her money. catherine Sergeant Glennon says sanhi is facing three felony stalking charges.
