Tonight we are learning more about the shooter pam Cedric Anderson took his own life after killing his wife, special needs teacher karen elaine smith. Cedric entered the classroom and from what we understand, without saying anything, armed with a largecaliber revolver, opened fire on his wife. Police say anderson entered the North Park Elementary School this morning armed with a 357 pistol. < he came in and very very quickly began shooting. The teacher and an eight year old boy were fatally wounded. Another student was critically hurt. We believe the two children were the unfortunate recipients of injuries in by being in proximity to the female at the time of the incident. Nata helicopter evacuated one of the wounded students. The first officers arrived within four minutes and began to evacuate the school. The smallest of them held hands as they made their way to school buses. Some students were crying as they contacted relatives on cell phones. Grandmother her voice sounded scared. She seemed worried and scared. This is an ordeal for them. Something you dont see every day. You know, so its not good for them. Its tragic for them. Worried parents rushed to the school as soon as they heard the news. I hope shes ok. I vicki an east bay man is in being held at the martinez jail on a 46million dollar bail. Ruben gonzales was arrested thursday at his home in pinole. pam he is accused of molesting several family members for more than a decade. Police say, he worked most recently with the west contra costa School District. As a janitor. vick tonight kron 4s Ella Sogomonian is live at the Pinole Police department. Ella what did School DistrictOfficials Say about the accusation . As soon as they got word of gonzaless arrest they fired and banned him from all of close to 60 of their School Campuses they say gonzales first began working with the School District at olinda elementary as a yard supervisor. That was between august and september of last year. He then went on to work as a late night substitute janitor throughout the districts schools. They encourage anyone who may have somehow had innapropriate contact with gonzales to let them and the police know about it. But say the nature of his most recent job and the hours made for limited contact with people. Marcus Walton west Contra Costa CountySchool District we are not sure the number of schools he worked at right now. We are still investigating that but he would have gone to a variety of schools. But as we said in the late afternoons and the evenings, as part of a scrub crew, if you will responsible for deep cleaings and things like that nature they cannot have a lot of people around. Neighbors of gonzales saw the Police Activity thursday in their normally quiet neighborhood. As you can imagine they are shocked at his arrest. Well have their reaction tonight on kron 4 news at ten. Live in pinole Ella Sogomonian kron 4 news. vicki the San Mateo County das office has confirmed that a dismembered body found in a san bruno home last week, is a missing man from down the street. And it turns out that he and his alleged killer were friends. David stubblefield made his First Court Appearance today since being charged with shooting and killing his neighbor and friend 77 year old benjamin roybal. Prosecutors say the victims dismembered body was found in stubblefields home on april 6th. Prosecutors allege stubblefield actually killed roybal on march 11th, almost a month before the body was discovered, when the two men got into a dispute over the sale of a space heater. The body had been cut up and then an effort had been made to destroy it in part using chemicals, a lot of the remains were in buckets and other containers. Prosecutors will not say whether the dispute and killing took place at stubblefields home, where the body was discovered, or down the street at roybals home. pam those who live near the victim, learned today that their neighbor was in fact, the man who was killed. vicki kron 4s j. As you look at the victims house keep in mind the neighbor across the street told me that he actually recently saw the suspect, david stubblefield, in the victims yard. He said stubblefield had a whole story for him about what he was doing. Saying that the victim, benjamin roybal, was out of town taking care of a friend. This guy told me that he was in santa cruz taking care of a sick friend and that im going to be here for a while and were like okay. He was driving his truck and going into his house coming out bringing things putting things inside taking them away. It was like ben used to do it so no suspicion until police kept ringing the bell and asked me and then the bell rang and i told him no i havent seen him and this guy has been here. Thats what stubblefield, who you see here, told the neighbor. Keep in mind investigators believe this murder happened last month. So investigators believe that story was given after roybal had already been killed. The suspect also told that neighbor that he personally was sick and dying. Ill talk more about that tonight at 10. Here you see 43yearold lawyer mcbride. Arriving at the Contra Costa County superior court house. Mcbride is accused of shooting and killing his exgirlfriend 29 yearold rashanda franklin, last tuesday morning, while she was driving her two sons to daycare. The shooting was captured on surveillance video. Mcbrides bail has been set at 3 million, 1hundred thousand dollars. No plea was entered today. The judge ordered his arraignment be held over. One week. pam in the south bay, police have arrested a self proclaimed massage therapist. On suspicion of sexually assaulting his clients. Kron fours Spencer Blake brings us details from East Palo Alto. spencer at the police department, investigators have been looking at a similar case in the past to predict what they think will happen in this one that more victims may come forward. vo originally, police got complaints from three different women in march who had seen Jose Garcia Plascencia for massages. The women say he sexually assaulted them. Police wouldnt go into detail, but after a couple weeks of investigation, they say they had probable cause to arrest Garcia Plascencia at the end of last week. Investigators think there may be more victims in this case too. The airline then brought in chicago airport police. If the pilot asks someone leave, they have to leave but this video has a lot of people wondering how far an airline can go to enforce to that rule. Chris mcginnis has been writing about the travel industry for 30 years. He finds this video of a United Airlines passenger being forcefully removed from a plane unsettling. Sot but that being said, mcginnis says that if the pilot and crew of the plane asked the passenger to leave, for whatever reason, he or she is required by law to do so.
