One count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 years old. That is believed to have gone on multiple times between 2008 and 2011. And is the heaviest charge of all of them. He can be sent to jail from 6 to 16 years if hes convicted of that crime. Other charges include lewd acts and oral sex with a minor from 2011 to 2015. The girl was between 1417 years old during that time span. As well as a misdemeanor charge of Sexual Battery involved the same victim. Now because harris worked here in marin county sheriffs department. It would be a conflict of interest for this office to investigate. So it will be Santa Rosa Police department instead that will be leading the investigation. We reached out to marin county Sheriffs Office. They told us in a statement.
