Police say that all the homes were empty at the time, but fortunately neighbors did see the suspects and their vehicle was captured on Surveillance Video according to the Pacifica Police department, five different homes were burglarized on monday between 7 in the morning and 4pm. The thieves apparently struck homes along stanley avenue, montezuma drive, manzanita drive and two homes on view way. In all cases the suspect targeted empty homes and gained entry by breaking in through rear windows or doors. They also appeared to be looking for jewelry, laptops, tablets and personal electronics. Investigators believe that all of the burglaries were committed by the same people. Sotbased on the time of occurrence and the method that was used by the burglars we do believe it was the same group of people. In the case of the stanley avenue burglary, neighbors saw two subjects running from the area carrying property.
