Reporter breaking news this morning. The Miami Marlins have confirmed that star pitcher Jose Fernandez has been killed in boating accident. Fernandez was among 3 people found dead. The marlins said in a statement their thoughts and prayers are with his family at a very difficult time. The marlins have also cancled todyas game against the braves. We are learning new information this morning on the suspected gunman responsible for the Shopping Mall massacre in washington state. 20yearold arcan cetin has been arrested. Police say cetin has a criminal record that includes Domestic Violence assault charges, and an arrest for drunken driving. Police say he murdered five people when he entered a macys store in burlington. Which is about an hour north of seattle. On friday the citys mayor spoke about the tragedy. Police found cetin while walking on a sidewalk in oak harbor last night. Thats about 30 miles from the location of the shooting. Cetin immigrated from turkey. But he is a legal resident of the us. He is expected to appear in court tomorrow. Reporter happening now. Police are searching for three gunman who shot eight people, including a 3year old girl and her father, in baltimore. These pictures are from the scene. Police say three armed men converged on a group of people from different points. They also believe the shooting was premeditated and could be an act of retaliation for a Labor Day Weekend shooting that left one person dead and two others injured. One of the people injured was a pregnant woman. Reporter police havent given a reason why they believe the shootings are connected. They believe the victims could have recognized the shooters. Reporter another big story we are following this morning. After intense pressure from the public. Charlotte, north Carolinas Police chief has finally released two videos of his officers shooting keith scott. This is a still image from one of those videos. And we are also learning more about what happened right before the shooting. Reporter Andrew Spencer explains. Reporter the dash cam video shows members of Law Enforcement taking cover behind a parked truck. They repeatedly shout, drop the gun. Drop the gun reporter from the video, its not clear what the woman or the officers can see. there is no definitive evidence in this video as to whether or not there is an object in his hands, and if there is, what that object is. Reporter Police Released photos of a gun and an ankle holster they say they recovered at the scene, but nothing in the video proves they belong to keith scott. The dash cam video is disturbing. It shows a man exiting his suv. Someone says, please dont do it. please. Please dont do it. Reporter then, as the man walks backwards, officers open fire. The footage from the dash and body cameras offer more information, but they only tell part of the story. Unfortunately, we are left with far more questions than we have answers. Three people were arrested. And a bay area mother who lost a loved one in a Police Shooting is speaking out now on holding officers accountable. Her name is Wanda Johnson. Her son was oscar grant. He was shot and killed by a bart Police Officer in 2009. And as kron 4s Ella Sogomonian reports, johnson is now an activist against Police Brutality who believes protests should continue in hope of a positive change. Wanda johnson lost her son oscar grant in 2009 when he was shot and killed by a bart Police Officer at the Fruitvale Station in oakland.
