The 27th annual event raises money for the Childrens Miracle Network and other philanthropies. The city of sioux center is recovering after a major Sioux Center City officials said one of their two substations had a a ow out causing sigigficant damage and leaving half the town without power. There was also a water main repaired and residents are no longer needing to conserve water. With the help of neighboring communities, the city worked through saturday night to repair the electrical system. There are now very few residents who are still without power. Belgian prosecutors announced last night that they detained 16 people during raids in and around brussels, but a suspect they were searching for in the paris attacks is still at large. At a News Conference in brussels, federal prosecutors three in charleroi, a city south of brussels. They found no explosives or firearms. One of those arrested was injured when a car he was in tried to ram police during an attempted getaway. The Hamilton Police Department Says 21year old Abigail Hanna has been charged with kidnapping, assault, and breaking and entering. Hanna is the former baby sitter of twoyearold lyndon albers. Albers was reported missing friday morning and found several hours later naked, beaten, vered in cigarette burns, and with a shaved head. A vigil was held in cleveland yesterday to commemorate the oneyear anniversary of the death of a 12yearold tamir rice, who was shot and killed by police. Dozens gathered at the rec center where the boy was killed. A White Cleveland Police Officer shot and killed rice moments after pulling up to a Recreation Center where rice was holding a pellet gun. Two reports found the officers shooting was justified. And the prosecutor declined to charge the officer with any crime. A southwest flight was diverted to kansas city after several passengers were said to have acted suspiciously.
