It would be defying decades of political history to seize the nomination in marco rubios case, after coming in third, fifth and second, and ted cruzs case, he hasnt won since iowa. In my view, it is increasingly unlikely. Mark, the argument from a lot of republicans is, if you get donald trump in a one on one fight, its the way to beat him. I guess the question for me is, which of the candidates, whether marco rubio, ted cruz or john kasich, gives up the fight at this point, given how well place slot . None of them give it up. All of them think that somehow, trump can be eventually stopped when its one on one. Youve got the contest here tomorrow, and then super tuesday a week from tomorrow. I think its increasingly as nicolle said increasingly hard to come up with a scenario where any of the three can stop him, unless they get one on one. Some republicans are talking about unorthodox supporters. Maybe try to simply stop trump from getting a majority of the delegates. All three scenarios are, at this point, not just unlikely, but may be improbable, unless something changes. We need to caveat it. Maybe trump will falter or something strange will happen. This is where that driver is expected to be charged later today in the deaths of two people and the injury of two others in the shooting spree. Instigators say they have a gun. They have surveillance video. They are sure he did it. They still dont know why. Reporter thihiis the man police say went on a rampage in 45yearold jason dalton. A husband and father of two, allegedly shooting his victims at random. They werent targeted for any reason other than they were there to be a target. Reporter dalton is an uber driver, and police are looking into reports he picked up and hours between the first shooting and when he was caught. One of the passengers spoke with nbc news by telephone. I kind of jokingly said to the driver, youre not the shooter, are you . He shook his head or said no.
