Now it seems negotiators have able to at least talk him off the side of the building but he does still appear to be at the top of the parking garage. Sot michael rodriguez, metro hes at the edge of the parking structure indicating that he wants to jump off, so our crisis negotiators are going to begin a dialogue with him and obviously our intent is to talk him down we do know his family showed up earlier police took them underneath the crime scene tape.
