Instantly and the second was about the dogs on the loose and one case the pit bull attacks a landscaper who had to use the leaf blower to fend off the animals. At another point the dogs leaped at a Police Patrol car clawing and biting at the door and a woman was hospitalized expected to be okay. The Police Department put out this statement about what happened and said in part we are saddened that the vicious actions of these two animals forced our officer to take action in front of the general public.
