They have been looking into the use of body cameras and will release a report tonight. In San Jose Police arrested a third suspect involved in a hume side. Homicide. Last month three men broke into building and torched and killed a 38yearold tortured and skilled a 38yearold. The suspect who was arrested is the one wearing the mask in the surveillance video. Police arrested him a week ago but did not reveal this till today. The other two were shot and killed by police in two different incidents 24 hours apart. Police have not said what the motive may have been but drugs were recovered during the investigation.
