He was identified as 23year old noah russell of napa. Two officers confronted him at 6 30 outside the home depot store. Police received multi calls about a man with a knife acting crazy. A homeless man that witnessed it says russell accosted two of his friends in the parking lot of that home depot and appeared angry and was saying things didnt make sense while holding a knife about a foot long.
