That is disfite the fact they have all been retro fitted and suffered no damage from the quake. The lawyer thanes the brown Street Building has been told to retro fit but hasnt. I dont know how he got away with that because he is jeopardizing everyones business. I was pleading with the city not to red tag them. They track down the names, photos, and vehicle descriptions of drivers that would probably reoffend.
