Since 2010 two other nearby Apartment Buildings were red tagged and torn down because of that coastal erosion. No date has been set for tearing down 310 esplanade. He was homeless and he found a home under a semi truck. He fought his own midwestern pride to seek help. I hid for a long time ago to coffee shops i hadnt showered and three or four days and i would mask the fact that what i was living in who i was because i knew that inside it wasnt me. And he snapped a photo that picture served as a motivator the next few years to reclaim his life.
