Here in the u. S. , a state of emergency has already been declared for the carolinas, georgia, and florida. We cant expect some time on thursday to be under tropical stormforce winds which like the mayor said could be up to 74 miles per hour. That is under the current track. As we have seen over the last 48 hours, this track can shift. This storm is expected to move up the coast of florida which hasnt seen a major hurricane in about ten years or so.
