Firefighter had to extricate the driver out of the mangled vehicle shortly after the crash. Firefighters say two people were also in the construction vehicle, but this morning we talked to one of their co workers who says he found out this morning that both of his colleagues have been in that construction vehicle, they are okay this morning. He says frightening episode what happened last night, that its just part of the job. I have got cars going by at 70 Miles Per Hour from me to you. And so and im setting cones out. The Washington Post reports hackers told the fbi about a Software Flaw in the iphone 5c that had not been known about before. The paper says the hackers used that information to create a tool that let the fbi break into the phone without triggering a security feature. The fbi director says the tool works only on the iphone 5c. Officials have not said if there was any useful information on that phone. Nearly 400,000 student loan borrowers will be eligible to have their loans forgiven. They will get a letner the mail with a form to fill out for the loan forgiveness. I do not want nor will i accept the nomination for our party. He went a step further. If no candidate has a majority on the first ballot. I believe you should only choose from a person who is actually participated in the primary. Reporter and that in theory would limit the potential field to what we saw on the crowded early debate stages. And he has some weight to throw around on that point because he will chair the convention. Still, all of that thought may need into Donald Trumps<\/a> argument that the party rules are rigged. The Washington Post<\/a> reports hackers told the fbi about a Software Flaw<\/a> in the iphone 5c that had not been known about before. The paper says the hackers used that information to create a tool that let the fbi break into the phone without triggering a security feature. The fbi director says the tool works only on the iphone 5c. Officials have not said if there was any useful information on that phone. Nearly 400,000 student loan borrowers will be eligible to have their loans forgiven. They will get a letner the mail with a form to fill out for the loan forgiveness. Its against the law, but people still do it all the time. Now a new device called the textalyzer could tell police whether you have been texting behind the wheel. Claudine, some people call this an invasion of privacy . Thats right. The textalyzer works like a breathalyzer in that it can be used on the spot to tell you what a driver has been doing. The breathalyzer tells if the driver has been drinking too much. This textalyzer tells you if the driver had been just texting behind the wheel. That is sometimes difficult to figure out. A 19yearold man was killed five years ago. They say the driver who caused that crash was texting and driving, but it took months to figure that out. We subpoenaed the phone records on our own, through our own civil lawsuit. Took us six months to get the records. We found texting through the drive leading up to the crash. Reporter now, since his death they have been working with new york state lawmakers on a new bill that would allow officers to use this textalyzer. If you have ever heard of it before, its still being developed by an israeli company. It scans your phone to determine if you were texting at the time of an accident or before. As you might imagine, there are concerns about privacy. Supporters say it only detects texts being made. It does not read them and cannot get any other information from your phone. I think that there is of that needs to be done and that can be done both to address the problem and to respect the privacy rights of drivers. Reporter now, this proposed legislation says that if a driver refuses to allow police to scan their phone. They could lose their license. Brooklyn state assemblyman felix ortiz is cosponsoring this bill. I imagine there is going to be some fighting going on because people are obviously very concerned about, you know, their privacy on their phones and exactly what they want to give up. Reporter according to police, the driver is a 35year old manhe had to be extricated from that honda suv he was driving when he hit a construction cone truck. It happened in the area where we are. Police say the driver of that suv was speeding and they are looking into whether drugs or alcohol were involved. The suv hit a construction cone truck. Two people inside that truck also went to the hospital, but this morning one of their co workers told us he found out they are both doing okay. I actually spend a lot of time riding in the back of that cone truck, and i saw just watching the news, getting ready to get in the cone truck this morning, and i saw it on the news and i freaked. You know, i am thinking about my buddies. And, yeah, its scary. Reporter the driver of the suv, however, is still in the hospital this morning. Antiochs mayor wade harper was driving home from a City Council Meeting<\/a> last night when he saw the aftermath of this crash. On the other side of the bay, northbound 101 slows out of san bruno through south city because of an earlier accident. Southbound 280 slows from the mall to 380. So this area is kind of crowded. Caltrain had a problem with a stuck train in san carlos. Train number 217 will make all stops to accommodate train number 215 passengers and delays are ranging from 13 to 26 minutes for trains.
