The District Attorneys Office is expected to file charges against her mother and the boyfriend tomorrow. 23yearold sara and 26year old ryan warner is in napa county jail arrested for the assault and murder of her daughter found dead in her apartment saturday afternoon. Police say there were signs the child was sexually assaulted. Krugers mother says shes mourning the loss of her only granddaughter. I know sara did not do this. She was beginning to cry during their contact with her. Reporter and were still trying to get information from investigators about where the couple was from the time they left this apartment on saturday to when they were spotted at that ihop on sunday morning.
