Hey, greg, we did start off with a soggy saturday to kick off our Christmas Holiday weekend and rainfall amounts we did pick up much immediate needed rainfall healthy totals across parts of the area. If you were out last night, you may have smelled it. That stench which swept across parts of philadelphia and even buck county yesterday evening apparently came from across the river. The odor which resembled rotten eggs originated from the pbf Energy Refinery in paulsboro after a brief loss of power there. Officials say the outage caused those odors to travel across the water and into the city. The company has apologized.
