Now it is not clear what caused this single car crash, which happened at kelly drive and south first i drive at 3 00 this morning, two people now in critical condition, the other in stable condition. Well, the fbi and Delaware State Police have joined in the manhunt for who ever kidnapped and sexually assaulted a four Year Old Girl in New Castle County. Someone abducted her from 4800 block of Sugar Plum Court in pike creek. She was found few hours later at banning park in elsemere. After what must have seemed like eternity for loved ones, Police Received another 911 call at 8 45 p. M. Nearly two hours later, a witness spotted the child walking near banning park. Very surprised, very shocked, everybody got their eyes and ears open now. There is nothing lower, nothing lower that a person can do than to take advantage and sexually abuse and take the innocent of a four year old child.
