individual do to make sure it gets addressed? >> well, we have to actually unpack and dismantle the racism that exists inside of policy, the redline and restrictive zoning laws that create this sacrifice zones where we pave over everything in black and brown communities so when it does rain we have these immense amounts of rains that begins to flood communities. we also know that we can begin to actually do better efficiency inside of our houses and inside of our buildings and our schools which is going to be so critically important. so we have to raise our voices. we have to make sure that we are calling out our elected officials. we should be picking up the phone everyday and calling them and demanding that real change that our new infrastructure sets of opportunities, the bipartisan infrastructure bill and reconciliation bill have resources in there to protect our communities and make sure our voices are being heard. we can also make sure that the dollars that are necessary are
