The New York Times says the move will limit democratic support for the bill to just two dozen congressmen. The president spoke about how the rollout hads hurt democrats, including his own presidency. There is no doubt that our failure to roll out the a. C. A. Smoothly has put a burden on democrats. I feel deeply responsible for making it harder for them rather than easier for them. To continue to promote the core values that head them to support this thing in the first place. People look at whats taking place in washington, and they say enough is getting done that helps me with my life. And, you know, regardless of what congress does, ultimately, im the president of the united states. They expect me to do something about. I think its legitimate for them to expect me to win back credibility on this Health Care Law in particular and a whole range of issues in general. And you know thats on me. I mean, we fumbled the rollout on this Health Care Law. The president blamed the lower than expected numbers on the troubled website, offering no assurances that things would be any better by tend of the month. I think it is not possible for me to guarantee that 1030 of the people 100 of the time going on the website will have a perfectly seamless, smooth experience. Were going to have to continue to improve it. Even after november 30th. Despite president obamas remarks, several questions remain about what to do to fix the flaws. That includes whether or not Insurance Companies will allow people to stay on their current plans or prices for existing plans will change. When it comes to the Health Care Law, the white house doesnt have much credibility. Lets be clear. The only way to fully protect the American People is to scrap this law once and for all. There is no way to fix this. Im highly skeptical that they can do this administratively. I just dont see within the law their ability to do that. Lets turn to the philippines for a minute.
