What matters is not how many tests were shipping out, what matters is how many patients who need the tests can get it and get it quickly. Right now that is not enough. So what we heard today from scientists in the administration was we need a whole new strategy for testing based more on what south korea has done and that is to have people be able to go directly to a drive up test site, get their test, get their results within a day, not have to go through a lengthy process at a doctors office. I mean, you know, we dont know what the future is and it could be that were things are really disruptive for a few weeks or longer and if its longer, i mean, how are you thinking about what people are going to need to just basically survive . Well, theyre going to need health care. Thats for sure. Theres also three or four other things that theyre definitely going to need. Were looking at four or five different kinds of stimulus. We want to get money in the hands of the states through medicaid so they can help out. You need to get money in the hands of workers and that could either be a lump sum like president bush did where he gave people 1,000 to spend or it could be another form. And then you have regular infrastructure thats out there that needs to be taken care of anyway. That can help create jobs and then make money available for Small Businesses<\/a> that are going to be hurt by all of this to make sure they can get through this. So that we dont let workers arent left paying the bag on two fronts. Fi first, our health and safety is jeopardized because theyre not giving us the proper standards and equipment, the second thing is we get left behind economically. The other thing that this administration did, chris, just this week the cdc changed the standards, the Health Standards<\/a> of the equipment that we use. We used to have to have a respiratortype face mask if you were dealing with this disease.
