Whats missing is any sense of participation and any invitation to participation on the grassroots, the way africanamericans have participated for decades on the grassroots in the Democratic Party. So when you talk about africanamericans in the pastors lexicon living under democratic rule. In fact, the Democratic Party is a big chunk of the Democratic Party is africanamericans who are elected officials at every level, including president of the United States, but down through the levels of the party, who are Party Activists at every level, who are contributing to the making of policy.
