Our water supply is a storage batted system. By comparison back in the year 2007 with have 80 percent of the storage. I referenced this because thats the last time that the commission declared a storage and called for 10 percent of volunteer rachel. But now the demand is 10 percent lower down to 24 million glances a day compared to two hundred and 50 million glances. Were in a dry year its the demand is lower so we need to factor those things.
