A little bit shorter than that im brea the Capital Punishment of dinging i financing and administration to propose a mou with mohcd with tracking the cb g tracking fund to give you a little bit of background on the item that the sf rda acquired property with federal dollars and those dollars are restricted by hud that any income purchased yes, i did. Actually, these are the existing responsibilities in the current world we live in were responsible for tracking how we spend over income and responsible 40 for making sure our expenditures are within the guidelines set by hud, however, a secondary level of hud mohcd is the one that combines the data with the rest of the city and reports on behavior the two agencies together their sort of a second level of compliance because they have to report to hud and make sure they want a document were doing everything correctly but as ocii wants to make sure we are doing everything correctly internally we track to make sure that all the funds are used correctly. Do we get a regular reporting a regular reporting to the commission . To the commission that im not sure do we had a regular report. Certainly in terms of expenditures and revenues as part of budget process you see that as part of proposed budget the yerba buena revenues and the refers from the marriott that come in and the proposed expenditures but certainly in future budget presentations we can perhaps isolate the program as part of our annual workshops for your consideration. Youll see that expenditure in the rough under y b g in the other category because it is lease revenue expenditure but in terms of a particular isolates report how the income is used youll see a tendency in the budget. So at this time we dont get any money. We generate 8. 5 million in yerba buena gardens but we spend the expenditure no profit. Whats the reason to cancel the properties why. Because the law requires we transfer all of the our assets as part of winding down process in the Property Management plan that is currently reviewed by the department of finance. Governor jerry brown has mandated whether those are parks or housing streets or roads we transfer them to a third party in this case, the properties will be transferred to the city to oversee and enforce the restrictions. Lets see if i can there we go so currently there was over 6 thousand people that were displaced and entitled to the certificate we think a moveable number because some people were not on leases but actually lived in the household; right . And so if they can prove they lived in the household well give them a certificate because they were displaced so the current we know of 4 thousand 1 hundred and 38 individuals who are eligible or who were eligible for a certificate of preference and currently, we know that over 16 hundred h have been deceased since in this year we have an additional hundred and 25 certify holder this year from july first 802014 to now over a year about 18 months we have identified one and 25 certify households through the outreach through mohcds outreach so those are the new people that will coming back into the use certifi certificates and there are almost 6 hundred certificates never been used by the holder and like i said thats a moving number because if you can show me from youre School Records or from your medical recordings or some other records you lived in the property it is we have a sight record of being displaced we will surely give that person a certificate since mohcd took took over the program in 2012, we have seen a steady increase no folks using the certificates people getting housed with their certificates and were finding it is growing everyday lately there were 73 new certificates issued no 2015 95 cop application for housing applications for housing doors they were housed but people are trying to get housed with the certificate and 23 people actually housed in 2015 we had one person only one this year person that had moved out of city was living if richmond and move forward back this year we always think those are successes people come back to the city. Were really working more and more with our current certificate of preference now we are building relationships with the 5 hundred and 93 we are being able to help them maneuver the Affordable Housing in San Francisco this is aint an easy thing anyone even if you know all about it, it is not an easy thin
